Our immaculate, fully air-conditioned, family home was primarily selected due to its private tranquil lakeside setting. Set in a prime, much sought after area, on the edge of a beautiful private lake with an abundance of fish, birds and other wildlife. Eagle Pointe is a quiet and safe residential area yet only minutes from the shops and restaurants. The Disney attractions are ten minutes away with some of the best florida beaches reached within an hour.

Swimming Pool	Large private heated swimming pool with a covered lanai (patio) and screened pool deck with plenty of pool furniture allowing for both sunbathing and alfresco dining. Enjoy glorious views over a tranquil lake and conservation area.
Dinning Areas & Kitchen	The villa has a separate more formal dining area. The kitchen with separate breakfast nook is fully equipped with cooker/oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffeemaker, electric kettle, together with all plates, cutlery and bake ware etc. You’ll also find a large cool box ideal for taking to the beach or water parks.
Bedrooms	The large master suite contains a king size bed, cable TV, walk in wardrobe and large en-suite with corner bath, twin vanities, shower cubicle and separate toilet. The swimming pool may be accessed from the master bedroom via patio doors that look out onto the lake and beyond. Our Queen Animal Kingdom suite offers a queen size bed with cable TV and the third ‘fun’ Mickey & Minnie bedroom has twin beds and cable TV. The second bathroom is situated between these two bedrooms. Alarm clock radios and hairdryers are provided in all bedrooms. Available also is a travel cot, high chair and stroller.
Living Space	The entertainment lounge consists of television, stereo, DVD, Playstation and video player. There is a growing film library available for use within the villa. There is a second elegant formal lounge with dining area, ideal for breaking away from the rest of the family for a ‘quiet moment’ or more of a family occasion dinner
Games Room	The Games Room is fully equipped with 7ft pool table, table tennis table, dartboard and soccer table (as seen in Friends!). Spend hours of fun in this room with the added pleasure of a drinks cooler to save any unwanted journeys to the kitchen. You just have to fill with your favourite tipple!
